Broken Hipstir – BELGIAN WIT

A traditional Belgian Wit, made with botanicals and spices to produce a light and refreshing yet complex wheat beer.  Originally made for the warmer months, we make it all the time because we can.


ABV: 5%
IBU: 25—30
Key Ingredients: Belgian yeast, rose, lavender, ginger, orange, and other stuff
Glass Size: 16 oz


Love Triangle – 3 HOP IPA

Some IPAs are made with a single hop, so you can taste it, but hops are best when combined to enhance flavours. This series of beers put three hops together to bring out their best. We will be using a new combination of  3 hops for every brew.

First Batch Hops:  Calypso, Chinook, & Columbus

Batch 2 : Jarrylo, Pacific Gem & Ahtanum 6%

Batch 3: Ahtanum, Cascade & Centennial 6%


ABV: 6.5%
IBU: 40
Key Ingredients: 

Availability: couple times a year.

Breakfast Porter – ENGLISH PORTER

Some beers are good enough to eat. Made with lots of oats and malted grains that give a smooth, coffee and chocolate character. There was a time when the whole world drank porters. Those were good times.


ABV: 7.2%
IBU: 55—65
Key Ingredients: Roasted grains and Chocolate Malt, Oats
Glass Size: 14 oz



Our Flagship IPA. In the 80’s, when the craft brewing revolution started in the US, this style led the way and is the most popular style of craft beer around. Clean and bitter with a strong citrusy fragrance.


ABV: 6.5%
IBU: 80—90
Key Ingredients: HOPS!
Glass: 16 oz
